Thank you for arranging the viewing for the Al Malqa villa (Ref: PROP-2024-0847). I'll be there at 3 PM on Thursday as agreed.
I have a few questions before the viewing:
- Is the property currently occupied or vacant?
- What is the exact plot size including the garden area?
- Are there any pending maintenance issues I should know about?
- Can you provide the Ejar history for the last 2 years?
Also, I'd like to bring my architect along to assess the renovation potential. Please confirm if that's acceptable.
